Great accommodation option

For those who are going to stay in the hotel just to sleep and have breakfast, it is an excellent option.
If you are looking for luxury, better look for other options.
Pros:
- Well located, close to the center of Capivari;
- It has parking. If there is no vacancy, the hotel has a convention with two parking spaces next door;
- The room we stayed in, has a heater that took care of the message;
- Assistant employees
Cons:
- Wi-Fi didn't work well
Would you come back again? Of course!

Solar mountain fields of Jordan, do not pass even the door

I don't even know where to start.... looking at the hotel (it's an affair to call it hotel!) it's beautiful and really well located.
As soon as we entered the hallway where our room was, we already smelled a horrible smell.
Opening the door just got worse. The room has infiltration, cracks in the walls, a rusty fridge. There's no garbage basket, no small abajur, and, surprisingly, no phone to communicate with the reception! All plastic ceiling moist and dirty. A place that has 2 floors and access by stairs! If you have an accident qq there you stay pq will have no one to help you. The beds with mattresses of old and dirty springs, pillows with plastic slurry, broken curtains and dirty. Carpet!!! Oh, my God! All teared, smell of mold. We passed cold, the thin blankets that looked felt and when we asked more "are all asking, we only have 1 available" oooooiii???? What about the bathroom? A shit! Vase with wasted lid and rusted sanitary metals, wasted floor, rejointe full of limo and broken.... I never stayed in a place so disgraceful as this. Details: the daily does not go less than 1000 reais in a cubicle with 3 single beds. The competent authorities do not monitor these establishments, do they? And do search sites not be ashamed to accept anything on their platforms? And don't you think you'll get an apology because they think they're good?
3 stars? I don't know where... if it depended on us, I didn't have any!

URGENT REFORM!!!

The hotel has a lot of problems. The main thing is the bad smell of the bathrooms. I speak in plural because besides the bad smell of the bathroom of the appto, the bathroom of the reception that is next to the cafeteria tb smells bad. The bad smell of the bathroom of the apartment contaminates the room tb. All the hotel furniture is in bad condition. Breakfast is limited to two hours: from 8:00 to 10:00, but at 9:40 hs there are no dishes, cups or glasses. There is no telephone in the rooms and the staff is reduced. The staff even try to be helpful and attentive but the poor state of maintenance of the hotel, impossible a positive review by the guests.

Attention to guests

I went with my family and friends for the Easter holidays, and we were very well received, great accommodations, the hotel staff were always very careful with us, gratitude to Patrícia who helped us a lot with super valuable tips! The hotel is close to everything, you can go on many walks, and enjoy every corner of this beautiful city that is Campos do Jordão! We felt at home! The breakfast is full of delicacies, and in the afternoon there is a delicious coffee served in the hotel hall, where you can have a nice chat and enjoy the coffee! Will I come back? I have no doubts...it's really worth the cost-benefit ratio!

Great!

The Hotel is in a privileged location in Capivari, that is, close to restaurants and the leisure area. I liked the breakfast, attentive staff, cozy, clean room, good hotel structure. Nearby streets quiet.
