Special conditions: The payment for the reservation must be made within the following deadlines: For any booking made more than 40 days before the start date of the stay, a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total amount of the services will be required within 15 days following the date of the booking. Then, the balance of 70% of the total amount of the services will be due and required 40 days before the start of the stay. For any booking made less than 40 days before the stay date, 100% of the total amount of the services will be due and required. In the absence of payment within the allotted time, the booking will be canceled by Booking.
