Outstanding Customer Service
Now sometimes at hotels things don’t go according to plan and this is where the reception team really step up. On one occasion there was a party over the river. I went down at 10:30 and nothing was too much for Faisa, she had me moved rooms while keeping access to my original room, so I didn’t have to move my belongings.
On a couple of occasions housekeeping missed my room and reception again had this sorted the same day.
During my last stay the system went down for checking me in. Eleanor on reception kept a calm head and was very professional. Even when some of the lights didn’t work in my room, she took it personally on herself to fix the problem.
If I could make one suggestion it would be that someone checks over the rooms after housekeeping or before new guests arrive. Just to make sure everything works as it should.
The breakfast here is plentiful, and you can go up as often as you like. The smoothie shots hit the spot (even though I put mine in a larger glass) I also like the tablet drinks dispenser. For me the coffee is the best around. The breakfast staff are also friendly. Usually wondering why I am standing over the toaster.
There is payable parking out of the front or in the shopping mall nearby.
The WIFI is also very good.
The laundry room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and 2 ironing boards for guests to use. Washing power is also supplied.
