Totally different experience
“A totally different story and a truly outstanding experience! I absolutely loved my stay — heartfelt thanks to everyone there, especially the amazing Lucia! The hotel’s location is exceptional, the food experience was beyond wonderful, and the warm, professional welcome made all the difference. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, from the cozy atmosphere to the genuine hospitality. I’m truly grateful for such a memorable stay!”

Disappointing
So the staff don't take responsibility for the business they work for. In terms of the servicing of rooms, they do not seem to employ enough staff to get it done in time.
The room was ok - the bathrooms don't have heated towel rails, which means the towels become soggy and have to be replaced daily (not very ecological). On one day, they collected the dressing gowns without replacing them when they serviced the room.
We did eat in the bar and Parker's Tavern. The bar meals were fine. I enjoyed the Parker's Tavern meal although I was ill the next day.

Historically Comfortable
Also there is no outside place to sit and enjoy the weather when it is good.
Location good, bar service great but drinks were small and not very well done, drink elsewhere
