Uw waardering voor onze moderne faciliteiten en de kwaliteit van onze schoonmaakservice doet ons goed. Het is fijn om te horen dat ons team, met name manager Francisco in het restaurant en aan de bar, u zo gastvrij heeft ontvangen. We waarderen uw complimenten over de Stach koffiebar en zijn verheugd dat u heeft kunnen genieten van hun bijzondere assortiment.

Terrible experience – avoid this hotel!!!
When we raised the issue, the staff were shockingly rude and unhelpful, showing zero concern for guest comfort or even basic hospitality.
To make matters worse, at breakfast, the staff member from check-in was extremely rude when we asked for two coffees. He kept sending us back and forth between the restaurant and the coffee bar, where no one was even present to serve us.
For a business hotel that claims to uphold a certain standard, the service and overall experience were completely unacceptable.
Would never stay here again. Stay away from this hotel.

We sincerely apologize that your stay did not fully meet your expectations.
We deeply regret the temperature regulation challenges you encountered during the heatwave. Due to the extreme heatwave the AC system broke down and everybody was suffering. We collect as many as possible ventilators from other hotels but unfortunately we could not provide them to all the rooms. We do understand your frustrations. Luckily after one day the AC has been fixed.
Regarding the service interactions, we take your comments to heart. Our multilingual team strives to maintain attentive service standards, and we regret falling short of delivering the hospitality we aim for. The coffee service should have been seamless, as our restaurant and bar teams are trained to accommodate guest requests efficiently. We will discuss this in the coming operations meeting.
We hope you will give us another opportunity to demonstrate our true service capabilities.
