Convenient check in, great experience!

Super modern contactless hotel concept! I booked the room for my parents (both over 60 years old) and forwarded to them the access data I received by email. They coped wonderfully and were very satisfied. For emergencies, a number is stored, which can be called 24/7.

I was quite happy and would go there again.

The price was okay, making it a good budget-friendly option. The location is excellent, close to attractions and public transportation. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for relaxing and getting a good night's sleep.
However, the air conditioning was an issue. The unit wasn't functioning properly, making it uncomfortable on hot days. Despite notifying the polite staff, the problem wasn't resolved during the stay.
Overall, the experience was positive. The staff was friendly, and the location and quiet atmosphere made for a pleasant stay. Fixing the air conditioning would make it an ideal budget accommodation.

Not again

Very small, spartan furnished room and bathroom. Bathroom without storage and unfortunately was in the trash can still the waste from the previous tenant. The photos of the hotel room make the room look much larger and more homely than it really is.
The hotel entrance is reminiscent of a dark entrance to an apartment building in the old building with narrow, creaking wooden staircase. Without an elevator, of course.
It is possible to have breakfast in an adjacent, ital. Café-bar to book, but only with baguette and croissant.
If you just need a place to sleep similar to Hostel, you are in the right place.

A complete disaster! Never go back to this hotel!

A complete disaster! We never book this hotel again. I would be happy to describe the most important key points here: We arrived at the hotel very late (after 5pm) to change our clothes and go to our reserved table in town. Check In would have been possible from 2pm. When we walked into our room, we were really struck. It stunk, it was incredibly stuffy (about 35°C) and it hadn't been fixed yet. Old towels in the bathroom and the old blankets still covered. My family with small children and my pregnant wife were close to tears. We then wanted to ventilate and were surprised by a breeding pigeon when opening the windows. How long has the window not been opened in this room? I felt very sorry for the cleaner, she was alone that day (due to illness or austerity?) and could not fix all the rooms. We then quickly got new towels and left very quickly. The night was then the horror. No air, much too hot, no air conditioning or anything else available. An imposition for a pregnant woman and small children. The next day at breakfast (no buffet!!!) then the shooting. My little daughter only had a travel cot and therefore she did not get breakfast! How bold can you be to deny a young child breakfast? Unbelievable! The price of over 230 euros for this hotel is a joke. We stayed weeks later in the Chiemgau in a wonderfully beautiful, child-friendly 4 star hotel with indoor pool. The booked suite cost the same as this smelly room. Do everyone a favor and choose a nice hotel in Würzburg! You're not doing yourself any favors with the Hotel Kunterbunt. We will tell everyone we know about this disappointing hotel.
