Clean and Comfortable Stay, but Extras Come at a Cost
The Westchester Marriott was a clean and comfortable hotel with friendly, helpful staff throughout our stay. The room and common areas were well maintained, and overall, it felt like a solid place to stay. The staff put out various complimentary drinks in the lobby area, which was a nice touch. That said, there were a couple of drawbacks: you need to create a Marriott account just to access the Wi-Fi, which felt unnecessarily complicated. Also, breakfast isn’t included, and while the food was good, at $25 per person per day, the price is pretty steep. It’s something to keep in mind if you're budgeting for your trip as there aren't many breakfast places in the area within walking distance.

Good spot in Westchester
Staff at the hotel were fabulous and very attentive to our group. The rooms were standard Marriott so comfortable but nothing to write home about. The food in the hotel restaurant was awesome but in the catering side just average. Just typical food and often a bit in cold side even for a buffet.

Quick business trip
Check in was a breeze. Staff was amazing and competent. The room and bathroom were clean. Would definitely stay again for future business trips.

Very nice for a short getaway
Please note the pool was removed and is no longer available!
This hotel has a bar (with lots of seating for the breakfast crowd) a hair/nail salon which I appreciated. Ruth Chris Steakhouse attached but there are lots of other good places to eat in the surrounding areas. You will need a car for transportation but parking is free.
The room was quite spacious with a fridge and coffee maker. We were in 537 which is all the way at the end of the hall far away from the elevators. Our view was the parking lot and it was quiet. The bathroom featured shower gel, shampoo and conditioner dispensers There is a breakfast buffet available for $24.99 and on Sunday there is a menu available. There is also a well-stocked snack/grocery/drinks convenience area near check in. Terrace outside for sitting when the weather is nice-too chilly for us when we were there.
We used it mainly as a place to sleep while visiting downtown Tarrytown, Irvington and Sleepy Hollow attractions. The hotel staff were very courteous and the elevators-for those who are interested-are very fast!

My experience here was very good
I chose this hotel because it was the nearest to my brother and he was having a birthday. I flew out from California and at first the hotel was just like any other Marriott. In interacting with the woman behind the counter, however at the manager who is looking over her shoulder, I started to get the feeling that these people were very nice and they cared about their guests. I know this seems obvious, but it isn’t always the case. My requests were taken care of immediately and a series of pleasant events happen that made me like this place more and more. It does not have any beautiful interior or exterior. It is ordinary. The food is above average and the service was first rate.
The temperature in the room actually responded when I changed the setting, the bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and I had a really good stay.
