Please inform Vigna Maggiore in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Piscines Paillote is closed from Sat 25 Oct 2025 until Sat 18 Apr 2026 A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that Bed linen and Towels are not included in the price , you can rent the sheets for €9 per bed and towels for €5 per person. You have the possibility to take some options : - Early check-in from 12:00 and late check-out until 13:00 is available upon request for EUR 50. In case of late arrival, after 7.00PM please let us know by WhatsApp or Email 48 hours before arrival. Please note that breakfast is only available when the Bar is open. Pets are allowed on request , a EUR 4 fee per day applies for pets. End-of-stay cleaning is not included in the booking price. You can choose the final cleaning option for €45. if you leave the accommodation dirty, the amount of €45 will be charged from your deposit.
