Our stay !
It’s such good value at the hotel with warm friendly staff who want to make your stay special
The rooms are spacious and both times we have been lucky to have pool and sea views overlooking the beautiful gulluk which is a short walk away
The beach is beautiful sand and the sea is crystal Clear and perfect to swim in . Bekir has looked after us at the beach where we stay until sundown most days
This time we stayed room 410 and our cleaner is the most enthusiastic and helpful lady, always a smile on her face and leaves our Room spotless and decorates our bed
We will 100% return again !
Well worth the money !

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL
- No entertainment what so ever in the hotel all day or night just loud music played 24/7 until very late. Seriously loud.
- Food is absolutely horrendous! Mushy, days old, dodgy looking meat. We ended up eating out almost every lunch and dinner even though we paid for all inclusive. Same stuff everyday. A mushy casserole or chips and plain spaghetti.
- No cocktails. No breakfast juice or pastries. Difficult to get water unless you walk to shops.
- Water slide is rarely on. Maybe for half an hour a day if you’re lucky.
- Hotel is overcrowded.
-Staff do not speak much English.
- No spirits served apart from local cheap vodka and whiskey. Jack Daniel’s bottles behind the bar are filled with tea.
- One staff member on bar so you will be waiting 10-20 minutes for a drink.
- Hotel is very remote and the surrounding town is down very steep hills. Not suitable with children or toddlers.
- 40 minute drive to Bodrum which can be daunting.
- Remote area very few shops nearby.
-Hotel ‘market’ never open. Maybe for five minutes a day but the prices here are absolutely extortionate. €30 for suncream €5 for cigarettes.
- The day we arrived, we got here half an hour after check-in time yet we still had to wait with about 15 other people for over an hour to get our rooms. We had to wait five hours to get a cot for our baby which we were told by three people was coming sooner.
- There is a spa but it’s €110 for a full body massage and the Jacuzzi is always cold. None of the staff in the spa speak English at all so if you do fancy paying all of that money for a massage good luck.
So much more I could say, but I really haven’t got the energy after what was meant to be a lovely holiday. I just wanted to at least put something to the other families didn’t book this like we did.
The only positive was the housekeeping team are brilliant at keeping your room nice and tidy. The views surrounding the hotel are also beautiful.

Thank you for your feedback. Firstly, we would like to clarify that fruit juices and similar beverages are available free of charge throughout the day, including during breakfast. Regarding the music, we understand preferences vary, but many of our guests enjoy the atmosphere it creates. Our restaurant serves around 10 different main dishes daily along with 15 types of mezzes, salads, fruits, and desserts – offering variety each day. The water slide operates automatically between 11:00–12:00 and 14:00–16:00, and these hours are clearly displayed in the lobby and on our information brochures.
We are sorry to hear you experienced inconveniences, and we have taken note of your comments to make improvements. Guest satisfaction is very important to us.

Don’t Go!! Worst management!!!

My mom is there and she’s having a problem with her agency Anex tour , Germany money were taken only today from her account and this bastard manager treat my mom ; if you don’t pay a deposit now of 500 e I call police when my mom she never refused and she very polite lady with medical heart issues !! Of course she payed till situation tomorrow will clarify but as manager of a hotel can’t treat people like this … cheap cheap
Hotel is disaster … dirty all over .. and he’s telling me on phone that I payer other people not Anex tour when I m is not first time when k m booking with this agency !ah then he don’t want 100 e paper that he can’t use it .. idiot
