Great experience staying at this hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and the free breakfast was very plentiful.

The hotel is centrally located, which is great. If you are physically impaired at all, this is not the hotel for you. To enter you have to go down quite a fewfairly steep stairs.
The rooms are nice and clean.the staff are lovely and very helpful. 7 mins walk to the Bazaar and 10 mins to Basiical Cistern and other main attractions. We did like the loaction a lot.

Do not trust what is in the description of the hotel , there is no spa , you are sold a room in a spa hotel but on arrival they offer you services paid brochure in a spa outside, moreover , I just realized that they are liars until the end . we made a claim and they claimed to have offered us a refund, which is completely false... attention scam
