Luis made our trip so wonderful!

What a wonderful hotel with a great staff! Everyone was so accommodating. The front desk crew always had a smile and greeted us with an offer to help.
Luis was there when we got there and helped bring our luggage in and each and every time we left and came back he assisted my mil in and out of the cars. He was so helpful for the whole week. He’s a great ambassador for The Journeyman

Funky , cool hotel

Cool vibe! Clean. Walkable to a funky shopping, food places. A favorite place to hang, people watch and chill. Where I always stay when in Milwaukee

bubbly and chocolate packaged not delivered

I booked a package suite for my son’s wedding night, which included bubbly and chocolate to be delivered to the suite. However, the items were never delivered. When I called the hotel to inquire, my claim was questioned, which I found insulting. I ended the call due to the poor customer service.

Fantastic experience with jared

Fantastic experience with Jared. He was fast and quick with my car and very polite the entire time! He very much earned the tip I gave him for his fantastic work today.
