Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that the rooftop outdoor swimming pool is not heated. Please note that reservations for groups (6 rooms or more) will be charged 50% of the total reservation amount, on the day of booking. This amount is nonrefundable. Please contact the property directly through the details in your booking confirmation for more details. Please note that specific parking spots cannot be reserved. Parking spots are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Price for using the garage: From November to April EUR 8, from May to October EUR 12. In case off no show on the first night, the whole reservation will be canceled. Guests requiring an invoice should include their invoicing details (name, address and VAT number) in the Special Requests box when booking. Rate for recharging cars / other Electric vehicles is EUR 1 per Kw. Please note that breakfast in the room has a surcharge of EUR 10 for 1 person or EUR 15 for 2 people.
