Perfekt beläget.
Perfekt beläget. Det är nära till Xinbeitou MRT-station (cirka 7 minuters promenad). Nära till Beitou-biblioteket, Thermal Valley och Beitou Hot Spring Museum. Hotellet är modernt, rent och har en trevlig personal. Erbjuder frukostbuffé, rekommenderar definitivt detta hotell.

Notera de fintryck när du bokar detta hotell
Det är ett fantastiskt hotell, rummet är stort och trevligt och har badtunna. Platsen ligger nära matställen. Bra frukost sprids också. Läs dock bokningsbekräftelsen noggrant efter bokningen. Vi visste inte ens att vi förmodligen fick en hel del att få rummet på nästan TWD 4000 per natt för ett lyxigt rum men fångsten var, vi var tvungna att checka in kl. 23! ! Vi nådde hotellet klockan 18 och fick höra att vi kan välja att checka in klockan 7. Klockan 30 är det tidigt om vi fyller en ny nära TWD 1000! Vi hade inga andra alternativ, men vi kände oss så snygga att fylla på för att checka in (och det är inte ens tidigt) klockan 7. 30.00 när de flesta hotell tillåter gäster att checka in efter 14.00 eller 15.00!

Regarding the question of your stay,there are two different seasons in Beitou, high and low.
During Low season(April thru September), check-in time is after 3pm on weekdays and after 6 pm on weekends.
During high season(October thru March) check-in time is after 6 pm.
We also offer late check-in(11pm) program which is more cheaper than normal program for people who required.
You booked the late check-in program, so we arranged the room for you(at 11pm), that’s the reason when you arrived at 6 pm there was no available.
Nevertheless, We arranged the earliest time for you to enjoy the room.

Bokade modern svit 2 nätter för 2 separata sängar, 3 månader i förväg. Jag fick information om att incheckningen var 18.00. Vid ankomst checkade vi in klockan 18:30 och måste vänta 10-15 minuter för att separera sängarna. Efter 15 minuters väntetid var vi tvungna att fråga receptionen om vårt rum var klart (istället för att hon informerade oss). Receptionisten visste att vi var olyckliga och hjälpte oss att ta med bagage i hissen. Efter att ha tryckt på nivå 3-knappen gick hon ut ur hissen och informerade oss om att vårt rum var på höger sida efter att hissen öppnade på nivå 3.
Hisslobby och korridor på nivå 3 var mycket mörk. Min äldre mamma (som använder gångpinne) måste jongla med bagaget och gå, var rädd för att hon inte kunde se bra och skulle kunna falla och falla. Medan jag hanterade mitt eget bagage och våra shoppingmaterial. (Varför hjälpte inte receptionisten oss hela vägen till rummet?)
Badrummet var också mycket svagt. Vi kunde inte njuta av hotspringen eftersom det fanns ljud från yttre fönster och vattenavloppsljud för rör från grannar för att tappa deras hotspring tub.
Det fanns instruktioner på kinesiska i badrummet som gav oss råd om att täcka dräneringshål före sömn för att förhindra ljud. Jag följde instruktionen och kunde fortfarande höra mycket högt tappande vatten från vårt badrum, många gånger mitt på natten. Vilket innebär att vi inte hade kvalitetssöm under båda nätter.
Nästa dag hade vi en lång dag, såg fram emot att gå tillbaka till hotellet för att vila. Rummet städades dock inte upp. När vårt silkespapper var slut och handdukar var våta, försökte jag ringa receptionen för påfyllning. Telefonen fungerade inte och jag var tvungen att ta hissen för att informera mottagningen. Städaren kom upp på 5 minuter med nödvändigheterna, jag fick dem från henne vid vår dörr. Hon lämnade inte omedelbart och fann dock ursäkter för att "värdetillföra" sin tjänst så att hon kunde stanna lite längre (tycktes vänta på tips). Vi avvisade hennes erbjudande och bad henne lämna.
Frukostbuffé var inte fantastisk men staber var artiga.
Vi rekommenderar INTE detta hotell. Inget sätt att vi kommer tillbaka.

Bekvämt läge och vänlig personal
Jag njöt av min vistelse på Golden Hot Spring. Tyvärr var det extremt varmt medan vi var där så svåra att utforska. Det tycktes alltid finnas någon på vakt som talade rimligt bra engelska. Bekväm promenad från den historiska Beitou (inte vanliga) tågstationen och turistinformationen gick ut med oss för att peka vägen. Frukost trevlig, även om den är nästan densamma varje dag. Mitt enda klagomål med själva hotellet skulle gälla internetmottagning - inte särskilt bra i vårt rum, jag satt i lobbyn för att använda den. Erkänn att Beitou ligger en timme från Taipei centrum (det såg närmare på kartan för mig). Mycket bekvämt att gå till National Palace Museum - ett stopp från Beitou (regelbundet, inte historiskt) mot Taipei, och ta bussen från stationen. Varma våren bad var härlig, även om det skulle ha varit trevligare om temps varit svalare. Något som förvånade mig var bristen på lokal kunskap. Vi stannade på en Doubletree i Taipei och upplevde detsamma. På båda platserna om middagens rekommendationer (talar om - stängningstider för restauranger betyder stängda. Senaste beställningar 1/2 till 1 timme innan) och drog tomma ämnen. Skickades till ett museum från ett som uppenbarligen genomgick renoveringar. Så gör din egen forskning för saker att göra.

Recommended for foreign visitors, the hotel is comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good and free biscuits and drinks are provided in hotel rooms.
Very pleasant stay in this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff very warmly welcomed me and even helped me upgrade the room, which was a real surprise. The room itself is dust-free and very nice to maintain, and for those who want to find a clean and cosy place to stay, I highly recommend it!
