Stor överraskning

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på detta hotell, vilket var lite överraskande med tanke på dess betyg. Bekväma rum, bra säng och bra badrum. Kuddar kan dock vara bättre.
Personalen var professionell, bra frukost.
Hotellet var tyst och trevlig.
Sammantaget en fantastisk vistelse.

Santa Nicholas besök

Rummet var mycket elegant, bekväma, vi rymdes i ett trippelrum. Det var en äktenskapssäng, stor och en soffa.
Vi hade utsikt till en fotbollsarena.
Frukosten var en riktigt överraskning
Vi hade mycket att servera, ett mycket bra kaffe. Personalen var vänlig och hjälpsam.

Bra

Rummet: tillräckligt stort, rent, faciliteter som fungerar bra, med undantag för trådlös internetuppkoppling som är ganska irriterande. Personalvänlig och artig. Parkering möjligt framför om du har tur. Plats: mycket trevliga och lugna omgivningar, precis vid ingången i Sub Arini-parken. Anständig priskvalitetsrapport. MEN: DÅRLIGT FROKOMST OM KVALITET OCH PRESENTATION. De accepterar semesterkuponger!

Dålig personal service och tveksamt livsmedelsgiltighet

Vi har varit där för en familjevenemang i evenemangsrummet under helgen. Servitörer proffionalism var låg. 4 familjemedlemmar som anmälde till magproblem efter händelsen. Ingen information från andra inbjudna personer.

Personal kan göra med viss kundservice utbildning

Rummet och sängen var bekväma
Bistro var hemskt. Beställda två elnätet och två desserter och hade inte en av de tillgängliga, inklusive en husburger. Bistropersonalen, unga tjejen undantagna, var sur och meningslös. Killarna i receptionen ignoreras oss om vi inte talade med dem, allt i allt ett rimligt hotell låt ned av ovänliga personal. WiFi var hit och miss
