Definitely a Great Stay!
Wow! What a beautiful resort! In a word, immaculate! Rooms are beautiful and spacious. The pool area was our favorite! Big pool, lots of comfy loungers and 4 or 5 hot tubs! The staff here is absolutely the best! Klement & Nikki treated us like family. They really made us feel right at home. We will definitely be staying here again on our return to Santorini.
Resort is only about a 5 minute drive from the airport and a free shuttle takes you to Fira every night. I recommend renting a buggy to get around the island. Taxis are the cheapest form of transportation for sure. Uber was €40 for a 5 minute ride. Welcome Pickups was €56. Taxi was €15.

Review
The hotel is about a 10 minute drive from the airport, okish area.
Most staff were very friendly, the young girl at breakfast spent most of her time on the phone. I think the Manager spoke to her because she wasn't there for the last two days of our holiday.
We booked the honeymoon luxury suite, hardly luxury but ok, very tired looking. We had a few issues and the Manager changed our room which was a bit better but also tired. Also smelt of drains most of the time.
Restaurant was awful, looked like a canteen. Food choice was determined by the hotel, little choice. More choice if you paid for a la carte but this is not made clear on the hotel's website.
Constant blaring music when sitting by the pool was very irritating.
Pool area nice, plenty of sunbeds, hardly anyone there during the days we were there.
Bitter taste experience: although the staff knew we were leaving at 5pm ( we told them on arrival, the day before check out and on the day of check out),
we were informed at the last minute there was a minimum spend of 40 euros to use the pool and facilities. We challenged it and the Manager reluctantly agreed to waiver this charge.
One staff member said we could have a shower on our departure day but the Manager said no. So much so, we saw the shower room locked by a staff member as we were getting ready to leave!
Wouldn't go back.

Couples holiday
Really lovely hotel.Lots to rave about but a few things not so great.Firstly the staff.ALL OUTSTANDING-from check in to leaving.Marius ,Klem,Nicky Julianna and managed by Mr John!! (Also another young guy on reception ).Pool area is incredible with plenty of sunbeds/loungers etc.Cleanliness of the rooms was 1st class.Clean towels and sheets every day .Unfortunately we didn’t have any shelves or drawers in our room (203).Now for the not so good bits .The restaurant-as already reviewed, is dire.Very canteen like .We were on half board (evening meal which couldn’t be changed to lunchtime)but only ate there once as it wasn’t great and very little choice.Breakfast however was really good.Lots of choice .Fresh omelets to order.Hotel is out on a limb a little but we hired a car -prior to arriving which was essential.Nearest taverna/restaurant is a 15 minute walk away uphill but worth it when you get there. All in all a great holiday mainly because of all the staff and outstanding pool area.

Lovely hotel, great staff but needs tweaking
At first we were dismayed that the hotel was in the middle of nowhere, but once we discovered how to walk to the main road (20 mins up hill, 15 mins back!) and the free nightly shuttle to Fira, we relaxed.
We found the staff amazing and really friendly. Rooms good, but no chest of drawers, only shelves. Walk in shower room lovely with consistent hot water, towels changed every day, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and hand soap supplied. Beds and pillows really comfortable. Bottle of water provided every day and 2 capsules for coffee machine, no milk (we asked in cafeteria each morning and they supplied a small cup). This was the only ‘restaurant’. Good selection at breakfast but some of the dishes cold (not good for fried eggs). Evening meal needs looking at. Choice of 2 salads to start, then an appetiser (one evening cold black eyed beans), choice of 3 mains but very small and again cold, 1 pudding, no choice, but nice, only had evening meal here twice.
Hotel grounds stunning with really comfortable loungers, clean pool towels supplied every day, 1 large pool and four heated smaller pools/hot tubs. Plenty of room, exactly as photos.
We found prices at bar excessive especially as no other bars near by. If they brought their prices down, guests would stay in the evenings instead of going into Fira. Fira lively with some stunning views, lovely restaurants and bars. We used shuttle bus most nights and ate out even though we were on half board.
We discovered, once up the hill to Zotos Bakery, you could get a bus to almost anywhere for €2-4 pp.
Bus to Oui from Fira €2pp, amazing value.
Summery: we had an amazing week even with the negative comments and were sad to leave.

Three stars rather than five
The good points: rooms or suites are good. Our accommodation was a Family Suite with a Hot Tub, sea facing was excellent. Good size bedroom, spacious lounge and sea view balcony with a great hot tub. It was very clean and was daily serviced and cleaned to a high standard. The shower was great with abundant hot water all the time which did not rely on solar heating only. There was very limited coffee and tea available with a kettle and espresso machine. Also there is an iron and small ironing board. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable too, so all in all the suite was very satisfactory in our opinion.
Outside there was a cold water swimming pool and a number of jacuzzi which we didn't use, so no comment there.
Now, the bad points: restaurant was awful, nothing near five stars. Restaurant looked like a workshop canteen. Breakfast was okayish but with limited variety. Food was cold and when items runs out don’t get replenished promptly. When cups and plates runs out one has to wait for them to be washed and put back. Bear in mind this was not during the high season and the hotel was not at full occupancy.
Now, if you are considering reserving a half board deal, then forget it. Dinner menu was different from the paying menu and comprised of a choice of two starters, one is Greek salad and one other type of salad. Appetiser is of one choice and is decided upon by the restaurant. Main course comprising three choices one of them is vegetarian. And finally deserts was a choice of one and was decided upon by the restaurant. Most evenings the food was cold or Luke warm. Drinks were not cheap for Greek standard too. No water or bread came with the food, only if you pay for them.
Staff were all nice, friendly and hard working, no complaints here.
On departure we were told that to stay on the hotel grounds and use the facilities there’s a minimum spend of fourty euros, however when the reception staff realised that we're only staying three to four hours until our pick up they told us this will not apply.
So in summary the rooms from our experience was good and clean. Restaurant was terrible. And finally location wasn’t the best as the hotel was in the middle of nowhere and there was nothing nearby, although it was about forty minutes walk away from Fira and around five minutes drive from the airport.
There was a complimentary shuttle to Fera daily at 5pm, and return pick up at 9:30 pm.
